Keynotes

I speak to CROs, CEOs, boards and leadership teams about AI as a go-to-market superpower, from the rare position of someone who has sold the AI and built the sales motion. Practical, opinionated, backed by real deals. No framework soup.

Signature talks

The Transparent Seller

CROs, CEOs, boards

By the time your buyer first calls, they are 61 percent through their journey and their shortlist is already ordered by preference. What happens when both sides buy the same AI, trained on the same internet, and what is left as an advantage. From someone who helped build the systems buyers now use to evaluate vendors.

The New Shape of Sales

CROs, RevOps and sales leaders

What actually changes in go-to-market when AI is a superpower, not a tool. The new scoreboard is agents per human, not headcount. The motion follows deal signal instead of the org chart, and per-seat pricing gives way to outcomes. A concrete blueprint for rebuilding the revenue org, from someone who built three.

What No AI Vendor Will Tell You

Managing directors and leadership teams in the mid-market

The tools have become interchangeable. The sales conversations have not. What vendors know about your position, which promises never hold up in practice, and why the most expensive model rarely solves the problem. An inside view from selling AI to industry and the public sector.

Long

Ramin Mirza has run go-to-market in the software industry for more than 20 years, with revenue responsibility from 5M to over 1B EUR. At SAP, Google and IBM he ran enterprise sales at scale, building, rebuilding and leading sales organisations from regional to global.

As Chief Customer Officer at Aleph Alpha, a European AI lab, he built the commercial engine and for a period led the product organisation. He was most recently on the side that builds this technology rather than buying it. He knows AI from the inside: what it can do, what it cannot, and how buyers decide. He then led SAP’s transformation business for Middle & Eastern Europe.

Today he is co-founder of RM Impact, bringing AI to where mid-market companies actually decide their sales. On stage he pursues the same question as in client work: what AI really changes in sales, and what is merely claimed. For managing directors, CROs and leadership teams.
